Personal Training
Personal training sessions are an effective, safe way to increase bone density & strength, while improving stamina & well-being. Personal fitness goals can be attained through science-based programming & consistent implementation.
Yoga
If you're interested in trying 1:1 yoga sessions, I've trained with the following styles: Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga & Yoga for Runners.
Studio
I offer appointments in my studio starting at a base rate of $75 per session. If you would like me to travel to your home, there will be an additional travel fee on top of the base rate.
Pilates Reformer
We may use a 2021 Rialto reformer for various pilates training throughout your program.
Hike or Skype
Aside from Personal Training and Yoga, I occasionally meet clients for sessions that involve hikes, beach walks, dog walks & since 2020, Skype or Facetime.
We all have different goals & interests, so flexibility is vital! (pun intended).
Safety
I follow all safety guidelines as established by the Center for Disease Control for COVID-19 prevention. I will be fully vaccinated (as of May 16th, 2021) from UCSD with the Pfizer vaccine. I can provide a vaccination passport upon request.
